Service Operation Staff (24K–30K) (SDG-92904)
เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการบริการ

<Job Responsibilities>
- Support dealer about service activity.
- Create activity and service campaign.
- Customer data survey.
- Monitoring and analysis service data.
- Responsible project.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 29 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field.
- At least 2 years experience as customer service or experience in Automotive support field
- Proficiency and expertise in using AS400 program.
- Good command of MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication in English. (TOEIC score 500 up)
- A passion to learn and ability to perform under pressure.

Workplace Area: BTS Chang Erawan
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Must be able to work on Saturday (Average is 1 time/ month - - 15 Saturdays/ Year) and flexible working hour (7.30 - 09.00 hrs.))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- สนับสนุนตัวแทนจำหน่ายเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการบริการ
- สร้างกิจกรรมและแคมเปญบริการ
- แบบสำรวจข้อมูลลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลบริการ
- โครงการที่รับผิดชอบ.
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 25 - 29 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาช่างกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการบริการลูกค้าหรือประสบการณ์ในสาขาการสนับสนุนยานยนต์
- มีความรู้ความชำนาญในการใช้โปรแกรม AS400
- สามารถใช้ MS office Tools ได้ดี (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC 500 คะแนนขึ้นไป)
- มีใจรักในการเรียนรู้และสามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้

เวลาทำงาน : 7:30-16:30 น.(ต้องสามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ได้ (เฉลี่ย 1 ครั้ง/เดือน - 15 วันเสาร์/ปี) และเวลาทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นได้ (7.30 - 09.00 น.) )
