Job Summary
Company will start new business which is quality check of shop operation and shop service, then report all to clients (Japanese HQ) in Japanese in order to improve shop quality of Thai which is owned by Japanese company.
Job Detail
Visit each shop such as Japanese food restaurant or retail shop to check shop quality
which is cleanliness, service quality of each staff and so on
Do hearing with shop staff to know the problems regarding shop operation, management, training scheme and so on.
Understand any troubles and points which staff are not satisfied with to prevent turnover
Catch current situation and problems regarding shop management, service quality and operation
Make a report to let client know current situation including service level, quality level and point to be improved in Japanese
Give an idea to improve shop quality by consulting with other training consultant team
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age around 23-35
Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
*Fresh graduates is welcome, especially who have done part-time job in restaurant or retail shop in Japan before
Good command of Japanese
Person who like Japanese culture and Hospitality
Interpersonal skill to communicate with staff in client’s shop
PC Skill (Microsoft 0ffice)
Preferred Qualifications
Have studying experience in Japan
Working experience in restaurant or retail shop
Languages skills:
Japanese: Advanced conversation to Business Level (N3-N2)
Workplace Area: Asok / Bangkok
Working Hour:9.00 – 18.00 (Monday – Friday)
