วิศวกร SMT

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Process Optimization: Streamline SMT processes for efficiency and reliability.
• WO Management: Efficient handling of work order transitions and scheduling.
• Maintenance Management: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of SMT machines.
• Quality Control Oversight: Implement and manage stringent quality control protocols.
• Team Leadership and Training: Lead and develop SMT technicians, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.
• Technology Upgradation: Drive adoption of latest SMT technologies and practices.
• Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to industry standards such as IPC-CFX.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with other departments, including external customers for smooth operations and report KPIs to top management.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ SMT เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความน่าเชื่อถือ
• จัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงคำสั่งงานและการกำหนดตารางเวลาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ดูแลการบำรุงรักษาตามปกติและเชิงป้องกันของเครื่อง SMT
• ควบคุมคุณภาพและนำไปปฏิบัติและจัดการโปรโตคอลการควบคุมคุณภาพที่เข้มงวด
• นำและพัฒนาช่างเทคนิค SMT เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการพัฒนาทักษะอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ขับเคลื่อนการนำเทคโนโลยีและแนวทางปฏิบัติ SMT ล่าสุดมาใช้
• รับรองการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม เช่น IPC-CFX
• ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับแผนกอื่นๆ รวมถึงลูกค้าภายนอกเพื่อการดำเนินงานที่ราบรื่นและรายงาน KPI ให้กับผู้บริหารระดับสูง


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronic Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 3 years about SMT in electronic industry
• Strong working experience of SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
• Conversational middle-high level of English *Interview in English
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to use MS Office

• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา *สัมภาษณ์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้
