Social Media Brand Ambassador (40K–70K) (SDG-58821)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Posting to your personal and our brand social media channels (lives, insta-stories, pictures, etc.) about our products, as well as sharing your dietary expertise
- Engaging and interacting with our followers by:
- responding to their questions, based on your expert knowledge, sharing general dietary advice, encouraging followers to share reviews and feedback of our products, etc.
- Sharing expert dietary content on our website (product descriptions, blog posts, etc.)
- Participation in photo and video shoots
- Cooperating with our Product team to continuously improve the product quality and create new food supplement products, by consulting formulas and brainstorming ideas
- Cooperating with our Customer Service team to help handle dietary inquiries and complaints
- Work with a team in Thailand, as well as our headquarters in Poland, Europe
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in marketing / creating social media post at least 3 years
- Proven nutritional / dietary knowledge by writing, speaking content at least 2 years
- Experience in copy writing in English and Thai at least 3 years
- Experience in creating visual content: videos, pictures (can be post on social media)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Your own established social media presence – a big plus
- Very good English – you will be communicating in English with our headquarter team on daily basis
- High attention to details
- Responsibility, independence and availability

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday / have roster system where can choose 2 days in the week off instead of Saturday / Sunday)

- โพสต์ไปยังช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียส่วนตัวและแบรนด์ของเรา (ชีวิตเรื่องราวเรื่องราวรูปภาพ ฯลฯ ) เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราตลอดจนแบ่งปันความเชี่ยวชาญด้านอาหารของคุณ
- มีส่วนร่วมและโต้ตอบกับผู้ติดตามของเราโดย:
- ตอบคำถามของพวกเขาโดยอาศัยความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญของคุณแบ่งปันคำแนะนำด้านอาหารทั่วไปกระตุ้นให้ผู้ติดตามแบ่งปันความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา
- แบ่งปันเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับอาหารของผู้เชี่ยวชาญบนเว็บไซต์ของเรา (คำอธิบายผลิตภัณฑ์บล็อกโพสต์ ฯลฯ )
- การมีส่วนร่วมในการถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอ
- ร่วมมือกับทีมผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างต่อเนื่องและสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารใหม่ ๆ โดยให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับสูตรและระดมความคิด
- ร่วมมือกับทีมบริการลูกค้าของเราเพื่อช่วยจัดการข้อซักถามและข้อร้องเรียนด้านอาหาร
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานในประเทศไทยรวมถึงสำนักงานใหญ่ในโปแลนด์ยุโรป
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด / สร้าง Social Media Post อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- พิสูจน์ความรู้ทางโภชนาการ / อาหารโดยการเขียนการพูดเนื้อหาอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนสำเนาภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้างเนื้อหาภาพ: วิดีโอรูปภาพ (สามารถโพสต์บนโซเชียลมีเดีย)
