Staff in HR&GA, Purchasing Section @Chonburi (22K-30K) (SDG-28869)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Proceed purchasing process which is needed in production line and also office equipment
 Contact with some suppliers to compare each salary with them
 Get quotation from them and consult with production management
 Coordinate delivery date and payment in according to each department's request
 Make report which is related to purchasing, HR & GA
 Support payroll, hiring staff, reviewing working conditions with other staff
 Support Visa application for Japanese staff
 Manage records of each member's attendance
 Other task might be assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, age 25-35 years old
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 Advanced conversation level of English (Med)
 At least 2 years’ experience of Purchasing or HR&GA task
 Be able to commute by themselves

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Good Japanese language skill
 Have working experience as purchasing before

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri)
