Supply Chain Officer (Coordinator) (25K–35K) (SDG-116580)

<Job responsibilities>
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of customer purchase orders (PO), and record them in the system.
- Review the accuracy of Sales orders (SO), present them to the manager, and send them to relevant departments.
- Summarize the list of products ready for customer delivery.
- Monitor and Track delivery status to ensure timely shipments, and Prepare pending shipment reports for the manager.
- send relevant documents to the accounting department.
- Summarize Sales details, and Generate monthly Sales reports.
- Prepare product lists for relevant departments to check stock availability for shipment.
- analyze Data and assess potential risks affecting customer orders and report to the manager.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time and high-quality deliveries
- Prepare monthly procurement reports.
- other tasks as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Coordinator/Sales-Coordinator in any industry
- Conversational middle-level of English (Internal, email)
- Computer Literacy; Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel to work in the Bangkok office(Asok) 1-2 Times/Week by company car
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Experience in the purchasing field in any industry(domestic/overseas)
- Experience in a Japanese company
- able to join immediately

Workplace Area: Bang Bo, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday
Work in an office; Mainly working in a Factory in Samut Prakan and working in the Bangkok office(Asok) 1-2 Times/Weeks)
