Quality Assurance Manager (35K-60K) (SDG-82519)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand Company's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate that information with supply partners to minimize the defect
- Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and delivery requirements
- Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropriate inspection and kaizen process
- Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of company platform
- Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)
- Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback
- Lead small-mid organization and team
- Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of Electrical or manufacturing field
- Experience as quality assurance/control manager role at factory, manufacturing sites or warehouses
- Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of organization
- Analyse, review and improve workflow to increase productivity
- Conversational middle level of English

<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Experience as quality assurance/control manager
- Experience in manufacturing or metal processing industry
- Experience in developing factory warehouse or supply chain from scratch
- Knowledge and understanding about drawing of manufacturing parts
- Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2+) or English

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- เข้าใจมาตรฐานคุณภาพของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพของลูกค้า จากนั้นจึงสื่อสารข้อมูลดังกล่าวกับคู่ค้าในการจัดหาเพื่อลดข้อบกพร่อง
- แบ่งปันและสั่งการดำเนินการที่จำเป็นกับทีมและพันธมิตรเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการด้านคุณภาพและการส่งมอบ
- ปรับปรุงระดับคุณภาพของคู่ค้าซัพพลายเออร์โดยแนะนำการตรวจสอบที่เหมาะสมและกระบวนการไคเซ็น
- กำหนดแผนมาตรฐานคุณภาพและดำเนินการตามกลยุทธ์ที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้เกิดการเติบโตแบบทวีคูณของแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท
- แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น (ข้อบกพร่อง ล่าช้า อุบัติเหตุ)
- ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามแนวทางด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยตลอดจนภาระผูกพันทางกฎหมาย
- กำกับดูแลผู้ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำและข้อเสนอแนะ
- เป็นผู้นำองค์กรและทีมงานขนาดเล็ก-กลาง
- ฝึกอบรมและแนะนำพนักงานเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตสูงสุดขององค์กร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้าหรือการผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายประกัน/ควบคุมคุณภาพในโรงงาน, ไซต์การผลิตหรือคลังสินค้า
- กำหนดและปฏิบัติตาม KPI/KGI เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตสูงสุดขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ ทบทวน และปรับปรุงเวิร์กโฟลว์เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิต
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนากลาง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์เป็นผู้จัดการฝ่ายประกัน/ควบคุมคุณภาพ
- มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรืออุตสาหกรรมแปรรูปโลหะ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาคลังสินค้าโรงงานหรือซัพพลายเชนตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น
- ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการวาดภาพชิ้นส่วนการผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการประกันคุณภาพ/มาตรฐาน เช่น ISO 9000/9001
- เชี่ยวชาญภาษาญี่ปุ่น (JLPT N2+) หรือภาษาอังกฤษ
