System Engineer (IT infrastructure / Senior Engineer) (50K-80K) (SDG-78429)

<Job Responsibilities>
Propose, design, implement and support all of company's products for client as an engineer
- Introduce and propose our products with Sales (Presales task)
- Help sales make an estimate
- Making project plan and implement project
- Making documents that requested by client
- Maintain, Optimize, troubleshooting
- Visit clients in industrial area (company will provide the company cab with driver)
- Other tasks assigned by manager
<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 27-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in IT company or IT department
- Having deep knowledge and have field experience in company's products in below:
• Network service (WAN, LAN, Internet)
• Security Service (End point security, Mail security etc.)
- Good command in English (for internal communication)
- Personality: Patient, can work under pressure
- Having willingness to learn new things and want to have wide knowledge of IT
- Not job hopper
<Preferable Skills / Experiences>
- Knowledge in IoT, IT, Software, automation or network equipment products, Cloud Service (VMware etc.), Server virtualization
- Ability to read, write and speak Japanese

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
เสนอ ออกแบบ ใช้งาน และสนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัททั้งหมดสำหรับลูกค้าในฐานะวิศวกร
- แนะนำและเสนอสินค้ากับฝ่ายขาย (งาน Presales)
- ช่วยพนักงานขายประมาณการ
- จัดทำแผนโครงการและดำเนินโครงการ
- ทำเอกสารที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ
- บำรุงรักษา เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ แก้ไขปัญหา
- เยี่ยมลูกค้าในเขตอุตสาหกรรม (บริษัทจะจัดหาคนขับให้)
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 27-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปี ในตำแหน่ง System Engineer ในบริษัท IT หรือแผนก IT
- มีความรู้เชิงลึกและมีประสบการณ์ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทดังนี้
• บริการเครือข่าย (WAN, LAN, อินเทอร์เน็ต)
• บริการรักษาความปลอดภัย (การรักษาความปลอดภัยจุดสิ้นสุด การรักษาความปลอดภัยอีเมล ฯลฯ)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อการสื่อสารภายใน)
- บุคลิกภาพ : อดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีความเต็มใจที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ และต้องการมีความรู้ด้าน IT อย่างกว้างขวาง
- ไม่ใช่ผู้ที่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IoT, IT, ซอฟต์แวร์, ระบบอัตโนมัติหรือผลิตภัณฑ์อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย, Cloud Service (VMware เป็นต้น), Server virtualization
- สามารถอ่าน เขียน และพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้
