System Engineer (Software) (19K-40K) (SDG-27322)
<Job Responsibilities>
Handle on technical support for the assigned software
Manage and operate the implementation project to customer
Provide customer support for new installation of software/hardware and troubleshooting
Create and maintain the customer support document
Provide technical support to Sakes staff
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25 - 35 years old
Bachelor's degree
Experience 3-5 years
Experience in System Support / IS Support / IT Project Management
Technical Sales or pPre-Sales experience would be advantage
Knowledge of IT technology (hardware/software, server, storage, network, and database, etc.)
Knowledge of software development and programming (VBA would be advantage)
Good command of spoken and written English
Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure
Good interpersonal skill and be able to coordinate with other teams and clients
Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution
Software knowledge (solid work,catia, autocap)
