<Job responsibilities>
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Monitor the performance of manufacturing equipment and machinery, ensuring they are operating at peak efficiency.
- Assist in scaling up production operations by ensuring manufacturing processes are technically sound and efficient.
- Record and Analyze production data to Identify Areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports summarizing test results, technical issues, and recommendations for improvements.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดของเสีย และปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
- ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรการผลิต ให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- ช่วยเหลือในการขยายขนาดการดำเนินการผลิตโดยให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการผลิตมีความมั่นคงทางเทคนิคและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บันทึกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิตเพื่อระบุพื้นที่ที่ต้องปรับปรุง
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการทดสอบ ปัญหาทางเทคนิค และคำแนะนำเพื่อการปรับปรุง


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3 years experiences as Engineer in manufacturing. (Technical Engineer or Cost Reduction Engineer )
- Conversation Middle to high in English (Make report, Email, Contact with Japanese Management, )
- Able to work under pressure and fast corrective action.
- ISO knowledge

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bang-Pa-In, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, Some Saturday according to the company calendar
(Around 8 Saturdays per year or more))

- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรด้านการผลิต (วิศวกรเทคนิค หรือ วิศวกรลดต้นทุน)
- สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางถึงสูง (ทำรายงาน, ส่งอีเมล, ติดต่อผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น, )
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างรวดเร็ว
- ความรู้ ISO
