Technical Manager @Rayong (40K-50K) (SDG-51863)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsible for management of production line including new line in terms of technical matters
 To coordinate with supplier to set up molds and Jig for production line
 To negotiate with supplier and gather quotations
 To control the budget in terms of maintenance and spare parts for production line
 Manage subordinates to handle production plan correctly *There are staffs who do electrical and maintenance tasks
 Safety system maintain and risk review to protect quality matter
 Manage progress for each KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
 Prepare documents and report (ISO etc.)
 Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
 Perform other tasks as assign by JP Mgr, Production Mgr



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/ Female, age 35-45 years old
 College diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering field
 10 years management experience in automotive parts manufacturer's production line
 Having experience and knowledge of utility maintenance
 Having experience of launching new production line (include Welding, Stamping process)
 Be able to read and write in English (Conversational low to middle)
 Be able to commute to work by themselves
 Cheerful person

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to communicate in Japanese
 Able to read drawing for mold (2D CAD)

Japanese: None



Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:10(Saturday Working: 1-2 times per month on average *It depends on business calendar)
