Duties & Responsibility:
Response to customer request and act accordingly to solve customer’s technical problem.
Visit and work on customer’s site to provide technical support to customers.
Interact closely with customers in good business manner in order to keep good relationship with customers.
Coordinate with inside sales team and assist sales team for technical related issue
Resolve technical issue raised by customers in timely manner.
Proactively provide product recommendation, product substitution and optimization.
Undertake pre-sales service tasks as well as conduct training, on call service to customer
Demonstration and providing the information of assigned products to customer
Able to travel occasionally to Rayong or Chonburi.
Qualification:
MUST
Male or Female, (Prefer Male) Age 25 years old up, Thai Nationality
Bachelor Degree or higher in E&I engineering or demonstrated equivalent level of engineering competency together with a track record.
3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Instrumentation preferably in Off-shore Oil & Gas industry.
Ability to handle the assigned job independently.
Well conversant with International codes and standards
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Own car with driving license
PREFER
Good analytical, Self-initiate and high responsibility.
Able to start work immediately is preferable

Working Hour:Mon - Fri 8:30 – 17:30
