Technical Sales (Glue Products/Fresh graduate welcomed) (23K–30K) (SDG-115683)

<Job responsibilities>
1. Manage technical tasks for customers
- Related to UF (Urea-Formaldehyde) and PF (Phenol-Formaldehyde)
- Handle technical Support and troubleshooting regarding UF and PF
- Adhesives to ensure proper application and optimal performance.
2. Receive requirements
- Receive requirements from customers for adhesive product development and collaboration with the R&D department.
- Improve and innovate products based on market needs.
3. Monitor customers' usage of adhesive products and handle quality
- Receive quality complaints and discuss and conclude solutions internally.
4. Collect competitor quality data to compare and evaluate competitive capability.
- Gather and analyze competitor product Data in terms of quality, performance, and pricing
- Identify areas for improvement.
5. Other tasks as assigned by the Manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Forestry, Science, or other related fields.
- At least 1 year of working experience as a technical Sales in the liquid chemical products field.
- Fresh Graduates with internship Experience related to chemical are welcomed
- Conversational low level in English (Communicate with clients, documents and E-mail)
- Computer-literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
- Able to travel to visit clients at wood factories (2-3 times/week)
- Have a driving license
- Leadership, Service-minded, and human relations skills.
- Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Possess a “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and Practical creativity
- Strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in Glue manufacturing
- Experience in wood manufacturing
- Knowledgeable about different types of Adhesives and wood

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Phra Samut Chedi, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
