Duties & Responsibility

In charge of doing a Technical Support for the clients via phone.

CNC machine, Mold & Die Metal
(Detail)
Guides the customer in the selection of the best solution for each troubleshooting on site via phone.
Coordinates with customers and Service engineer to solve the problem that happened at the moment.
Acts as a conduit of customer needs and trends to the product development and technical supporter of the company.
***No need to go on site all the time. Only support them from the office. Qualifications:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male, age 28-35 , Thai nationality
Bachelor degree in MECHATRONICS is preferable.
Strong basic at CNC machine or Mold & Die Mold
At least 4 years’ experience in Engineer Specilist in Mold&Die machine (Maintenance Engineer/Installation).
Have driving license and own car is a must,

Have an experience and knowledge in CNC/Die Molding machine’s Maintenance Engineer
Languages skills:
English: Advance conversation level to Business Level

Workplace Area: Pattanakarn , Bangkok
Working Hour: 08.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
