Job Detail

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and control PM standard, and TPM standard to suit the optimum requirement of ISO9001 ISO1401, and TS16949 Systems.
• Responsible for Annual maintenance of machinery and facilities within the Factory.
• Responsible for spare parts for machinery of important facilities
• Setup and maintain the Plan to maintain machinery in each period and set maintenance system
• Improvement 5S and Kaizen for the manufacturing.

• จัดทำและควบคุมมาตรฐาน PM และมาตรฐาน TPM ให้เหมาะสมกับข้อกำหนดสูงสุดของระบบ ISO9001 ISO1401 และ TS16949
• รับผิดชอบการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในโรงงานประจำปี
• รับผิดชอบอะไหล่เครื่องจักรของโรงงานที่สำคัญ
• จัดทำและบำรุงรักษาแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในแต่ละช่วงเวลา และกำหนดระบบการบำรุงรักษา
• ปรับปรุง 5S และKaizen สำหรับการผลิต


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 20-30 years
• Male only
• High diploma in electrical or related fields.
• Fresh graduate is considered.
• Good knowledge of PLC programs
• Have knowledge of PCB industry
• Basic level of English
• Good in relationship and coordination skill are preferable.
• High motivation to improve is preferable.
• Experience in Japanese company is preferable.
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: Every other Saturday))

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรม PCB
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และประสานงานได้ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีแรงจูงใจในการพัฒนาตนเอง
• มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
