Utilize your Basic knowledge and experience about Tourism or Hotel management to help the company
Responsibility:
Providing technical / navigational support for B2B online travel applications.
Resolving or escalating application issues received from clients to Web Developers
Capable to analyze online booking functionality to provide Support services to clients
Liaising with clients using English language via email or Skype on daily basis
Able to use web-based CRM or bug tracking software
Communicating with London branch and Hong Kong or Chinese clients by calling or emailing
Qualification:
Male/Female, Thai nationality ONLY/ Age 25-32 years old
Travel industry experience required
Experience in utilizing / supporting online travel applications
Knowledge of writing SQL queries is necessary
Knowledge of XML files investigations – to review booking information between client and hotels.
Excellent command of English in both oral and written
Good PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and any task tracking software
[PREFER]
Salesforce experience (optional)
Triometric experience (optional)
Language Skill:
*English in Advanced Conversational to Business Level
Workplace Area:Sukhumvit, Bangkok
Working Hour:9:00 – 18:00, Mon-Fri (1 hour lunch & 15 min PM short breaks)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
