Technical Support Engineer (20K-30K) (SDG-23340)
<Job Responsibilities>
Be responsible for technical support & troubleshooting (Broadband Access/DWDM/IPRAN)
Handle requirements or complaints from customers
Visit customers by company car with driver 2-3 times per week (Bangkok, Perimeter, Nonthaburi, Nakorn Pathom, Samutsakorn)
Racking and updating status of issues and advice internal and external customers accordingly
Assist to delivery products or technical services to customers
Responsible for corresponding customer relationship maintenance
Workplace Area: Mrt Phahonyothin, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)
