Technology Development Assembly Engineer

<Job Responsibilities>
 Monitor and improve usage rate, OA of assembly, injection Loading and Mixing line as daily basis
 Submit a monthly report of usage rate, OA with trouble report within 3 working days from the end of the month.
 Control work condition after SA, SCA has been improved.
 Operate test under safety and quality rule.
 Check number of tested part after finish testing.
 Submit investigation result of I-tag that you are in charge.
 Evaluate and submit condition change and sequencer change to superior
 Support maintenance to troubleshooting machine problem by following safety and quality rule
 Keep quality through ISO/TS16949(APQP, FMEA, Quality control plan)
 Participate in Quality activity for both internal and external (Ex. Internal Quality audit, Toyota audit, ISO/TS16949 audit)
 Issue and follow up Process change/ Design change, Work instruction, Quality control plan, and FMEA
 Set up project to improve Usage rate, M/C cycle time under safety and quality rule and make a summary as monthly
 Other tasks as assigned by superior



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male, age 22-26 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
 At least 1 year of experience in a similar role from manufacturing company
 Fresh graduates with internship experience in a similar role are welcome
 Knowledge of Production system & Quality Evaluation (Assembly and Injection Process)
 Proficiency in PLC program
 Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/ TS 16949, ISO 14001
 Able to understand and communicate in English (writing a report and internal coordination with Japanese)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Proficiency in Solid work and Auto CAD
