Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer service as a Tour Coordinator taking care of Japanese Inbound Customers
- In charge of optional tours, services and coordinate with clients
- Identify and resolve complaints, needs, issues from the customers
- Cooperate with hotels and staff who are part of the tour
- Follow up the tour and feedback from Japanese customers who are traveling in Thailand from the tour starts until the end
- Prepare a variety of status reports
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Male ONLY, Thai Nationality, Age below 30
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- PC Skill (MS Office)
- Japanese speakers
- Work experience in Travel Agency
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Experience in Tourism Industry
Workplace Area: (BTS) Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00 (Mon – Fri) (Sat &Sun - Based on shifts)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-35,000 THB/Month
