Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the instructional design of training courses, including their delivery, development, regulatory compliance, standards, and training material and delivering feedback on the effectiveness of the course material to the MD
- Highlighting and developing opportunities to achieve efficient and effective training methods whilst continuously striving towards higher standards of service
- Keeping up-to-date with current operational practices and maintaining excellent customer service skills at all times
- Create the training program to train the new joiners
- Create the Leadership & Management Training program for restaurant staff
- Conducting training
Other tasks as assigned and discussed
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 30-45
- Bachelor Degree in any related field (Preferably Chulalongkorn/Thammasat/Japanese Universities)
- PC Skill(Microsoft 0ffice)
- Good Command of English & Japanese (Business Level or above is a MUST)
- At least 3 years’ experience in Coaching/Training/Education
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- EX-Cabin Crew
- Experience as a Cabin Crew Trainer/Cabin Senior is advantageous
- Service-minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership with charisma
- Coaching and public speaking talent
Workplace Area: TBA
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000-80,000 THB/Month
