<Job responsibilities>
- Build customer relationships via phone call and email
- Actively answer calls in a timely and efficient
- To ensure that all issues are responded to and closed within a satisfactory of time
- To assist with owners/members requests effectively
- To adhere Company's Standard Operating Procedures
- Other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าผ่านทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล
- รับสายอย่างกระตือรือร้นทันเวลาและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดการให้แน่ใจว่าปัญหาทั้งหมดได้รับการตอบกลับและแก้ไขภายในเวลาที่น่าพอใจ
- ช่วยเหลือตามคำขอของเจ้าของ/สมาชิกอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐานของบริษัท
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 - 3 years' experiences of Customer Service, Call center, Hotel Front Desk, Sales from any industry
- Good in Japanese (N2 - N1) & English communication skill
- Good in computer and Microsoft skill; use all available support systems and resources to resolve owners concerns

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 7:00-16:00(5 days working (2 day off - fix on Sunday)(7:00~16:00/8:00~17:00))

- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 - 3 ปีในการบริการลูกค้า, คอลเซ็นเตอร์, แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรม, การขายจากอุตสาหกรรมใด ๆ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N2 - N1) และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และ Microsoft ดี ใช้ระบบสนับสนุนและทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ทั้งหมดเพื่อแก้ไขข้อกังวลของเจ้าของ
