Job Highlight
- Strong passion/motivation to challenge working in new hotel business model.
- Being a START-UP Member who helps create/build strong organization together with CEO (Highly responsible as a Founding Member).
- Work closely with CEO to develop a new operational model, hiring/training staffs at hotel property
Duties & Responsibility:
- Becoming GM of the first property to coordinate all aspects of opening of the first property, including renovation, rebranding, operational design, staff hiring, staff training, etc.
- Working closely with CEO and Assistant GM to successfully launch the first property. The staff will include managers of each business units such as guest service and housekeeping.
- After stabilizing operation of the first property and assign new GM, becoming Cluster GM to manage multiple properties to help GM of each property
- Designing a new operational model of the headquarters and each property (to make lean operation at property level).
- Helping CEO in Hiring/Training/Supervising Staffs.
- Working closely and exchange an creative idea to develop the organization with CEO and VP
- Working on various other tasks, as a Founding Member, to successfully launch business.
*Remark: At first, will concentrate on expanding hotel business in Bangkok/Thailand, but in the future, there is high possibility to expand the business to other countries in Southeast Asia
Desired skills & experiences:
(Must)
- Thai Nationality Only, Male/Female Age: 28– 32*Negotiable
- At least 4 years working in Operation and Training in hotel, convenient Stores, restaurant/Café, or other service businesses
- Strong Passion/High Motivation to work in New Hotel Business to create the largest Hotel Chain in Southeast Asia from scratch.
- Personality: Kind, adaptive, flexible, positive thinking and protective who has experience working closely with elderly/ Children or every level of employee before.
- Patient, Sister-like personality, High Challenge and Flexible to do multi-tasks in Job.
(Preferable Qualification)
- Experience managing/training employees in multiple shops/stores in service busieness
