รองผู้จัดการคลังสินค้า (สื่อสารภาษาจีน)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and control warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements. Such as developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
• Develop a distribution action plan in assigned area that will allow the company to keep its competitive edge through distribution and logical excellence.
• Develop and challenge resources to improve exiting performance through system utilization &process improvements in assigned area.
• Improve distribution operational efficiency by applying know-how of specific professional discipline and broad management knowledge.
• Controlling warehouse planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems, evaluating and recommending new equipment.
• Implement warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process workflow, managing space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
• Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
• Lead warehouse operation team on smooth operation.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมระบบการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าโดยกำหนดข้อกำหนดการจัดการและการจัดเก็บผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น การพัฒนา ปฏิบัติ บังคับใช้ และประเมินนโยบายและขั้นตอน การพัฒนากระบวนการสำหรับการรับผลิตภัณฑ์ การใช้เครื่องมือ การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง และการจัดส่ง

• ควบคุมเค้าโครงการวางแผนคลังสินค้า การไหลของผลิตภัณฑ์ และระบบการจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ ประเมินและแนะนำอุปกรณ์ใหม่
• ปรับปรุงระบบการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าโดยวิเคราะห์เวิร์กโฟลว์กระบวนการ จัดการความต้องการพื้นที่และเค้าโครงอุปกรณ์ ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลง
• รักษาสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยและมีสุขภาพดีโดยกำหนด ปฏิบัติตาม และบังคับใช้มาตรฐานและขั้นตอนต่างๆ ควบคู่ไปกับการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางด้านโลจิสติกส์และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขใหม่ๆ
• นำทีมปฏิบัติการคลังสินค้าให้ดำเนินงานได้อย่างราบรื่น


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-40 years
• Male / Female
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Logistic engineering or related filed
• At least 5 years of work experience as Warehouse staff in any manufacturing company.
• 3 years management experience to control subordinated.
• Advance conversational high level of Chinese. (Read, Write, Speak)
• Advance conversation middle level of English.
• Leadership & coaching ability with emphasis on employee development/collaboration and ability to hold people accountable.
• Can join Immediate
• Chinese Certificate (HSK 5 up) is preferable.
• Experience in warehouse for solar power industry is preferable.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon – Fri, Sat: Every another Saturday)

• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเป็นพนักงานคลังสินค้าในบริษัทผลิตอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการ 3 ปีในการควบคุมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• ภาษาจีนระดับสนทนา (อ่าน เขียน พูด)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำและฝึกสอนโดยเน้นที่การพัฒนา/การทำงานร่วมกันของพนักงานและความสามารถในการให้ผู้อื่นรับผิดชอบ
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
• ควรมีใบรับรองภาษาจีน (HSK 5 ขึ้นไป)
• มีประสบการณ์ในคลังสินค้าสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์
