Warehouse Logistics Assistant Manager (40K – 50K) (SDG-115507)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์คลังสินค้า
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing the supply chain process, including customer orders, ASN submission, DN, EDI, and import-export coordination.
• Overseeing transportation, delivery, and package control, including the Milk Run System and shipping schedules.
• Managing warehouse operations, inventory control (FIFO system, cycle counts), and WMS development.
• Conducting problem analysis using 8D, 5Why, and ensuring compliance with logistics standards (APQP, operational procedures, and quality checks).
• Handling forklift operations and overseeing inventory management.
• Monitoring KPIs, budget control, and reporting to the Manager and Japanese GM.
• Other assigned tasks.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการกระบวนการซัพพลายเชน รวมถึงคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า การส่ง ASN DN EDI และการประสานงานนำเข้า-ส่งออก
• ดูแลการขนส่ง การจัดส่ง และการควบคุมพัสดุ รวมถึงระบบ Milk Run และตารางการจัดส่ง
• จัดการการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้า การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง (ระบบ FIFO การนับรอบ) และการพัฒนา WMS
• ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาโดยใช้ 8D, 5Why และรับรองการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานโลจิสติกส์ (APQP ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน และการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ)
• จัดการการดำเนินงานรถยกและดูแลการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง
• ติดตาม KPI การควบคุมงบประมาณ และรายงานต่อผู้จัดการและ GM ของญี่ปุ่น
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 31-48 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in engineer, Logistic or any related fields
• At least 10 years’ experience in logistics of automobile industries
• Experience in Tier 1 automotive parts industries
• Experience of managing more than 2 subordinates
• Knowledge of TPS System
• Able to use ERP system
• Understand ISO19001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001
• Conversational low-level of English
• Knowledge of Core Tools /Risk management / D-SFM /Q1 /QCC/CCCF /Safety /8D Report ,5Why is preferable.
• Experience of setting up new factories, new branches, or new companies is preferable.

ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
• อายุ 31-48 ปี

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรม โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 10 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ระดับ Tier 1
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชามากกว่า 2 คน
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ TPS
• สามารถใช้ระบบ ERP ได้
• มีความเข้าใจ ISO19001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือหลัก / การจัดการความเสี่ยง / D-SFM / Q1 / QCC/CCCF / ความปลอดภัย / รายงาน 8D 5 เหตุผลจึงจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดตั้งโรงงานใหม่ สาขาใหม่ หรือบริษัทใหม่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
