Warehouse Management Assistant Manager (Logistics) (35K–50K) (SDG-105451)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการคลังสินค้า (โลจิสติกส์)

<Job responsibilities>
- Monitor and manage the progress of delivery to ensure that transportation is being carried out as planned
- Be a window person for client and having meeting to discuss about the delivery schedule
- Monitor and Make instructions on workers whether the number of delivered goods is correct or not
- Prepare quotation and any needed document for client
- Attendance management of workers
- Make reports to client (parent company) if there is any defects or problems with the delivered products
- Make KPI and operations for members
- Other duties as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ติดตามและจัดการความคืบหน้าในการจัดส่งเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการขนส่งเป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้
- เป็นคนเฝ้าหน้าต่างให้กับลูกค้าและมีการประชุมเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับกำหนดการส่งมอบ
- ติดตามและให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานว่าจำนวนสินค้าที่ส่งมอบถูกต้องหรือไม่
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาและเอกสารที่จำเป็นให้กับลูกค้า
- การจัดการการเข้าร่วมประชุมของคนงาน
- จัดทำรายงานแก่ลูกค้า (บริษัทแม่) หากมีข้อบกพร่องหรือปัญหาใดๆ กับสินค้าที่จัดส่ง
- จัดทำ KPI และการดำเนินงานให้กับสมาชิก
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Working Experience in Warehouse management
- Conversational high level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in the Japanese company
- Experience of handling automotive products
- Management experience of 100+ members

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Mon- Fri (2-3 times Saturday working per Month))

- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการผลิตภัณฑ์ยานยนต์
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการของสมาชิกมากกว่า 100 คน

เวลาทำงาน: 7:30-16:30 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์ (ทำงานวันเสาร์ 2-3 ครั้งต่อเดือน))
