Warehouse Sales Division Manager (40K–55K) (SDG-115481)
<Job responsibilities>
- Represent and actively promote the company’s warehouse services, or 3PL Service across 12 locations in Bangkok, Navanakorn, Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong, and Prachinburi.
- Increase revenue and profit for the 3PL (Third Party Logistics) contract for new business and new customers.
- Coordinate with customer services, Sales, and other internal departments to share relevant information and meet customer needs.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and delegate jobs to have a balanced workflow within Sales team.
- Support subordinates upon request and Coordinate with all concerned parties efficiency
- Track and assess the performance of the Sales team to ensure standards are met.
- Contact and visit both existing customers and new customers.
- Handle inquiries from customers, our counterpart.
- Prepare accurate and complete quotations for customers within specified timeframes.
- Follow up and resolve any issues arising from Sales or service aspects.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of rate offerings, RFQs, and SOPs before submission to customers.
- Collect all RFQ packages of customers for further Review in each year.
- Regularly update quotations with current market prices.
- Review and assess Sales performance reports.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in sales for warehouse service, or 3PL services and 2 years for management.
- have Experience in freight Forwarding or logistics company.
- Ability to travel regularly to 12 warehouse locations in Bangkok, Navanakorn, Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong, and Prachinburi
- Have personal car and have a valid driving license
- Conversational high level in English, both of written and spoken (communicate with customers)
- Proficiency in MS office
- good personality with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse operations management.
- ability to understand Business requirements and customer needs to recommend suitable services.
- ability to estimate Project costs, design storage layouts, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, Decision Problem solving
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with Experience managing a team.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
