Warehouse Senior Sales Representative (25K–32K) (SDG-115482)
<Job responsibilities>
- Sales of Warehouse Services using 12 warehouse locations in Bangkok, Navanakorn, Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong, and Prachinburi.
- Hunt for new customer accounts across various industries.
- Coordinate with customer services, Sales, and other internal departments to share relevant information and meet customer needs.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Respond to Sales inquiries and Handle customer complaints effectively.
- Supports rate offering and conditions including RFQ
- Prepare and Collect all SOPs of new customer
- Plan and achieve the new customer with the plan
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on Sales and marketing activities.
- Other task assigned by the manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in sales for warehouse service, or 3PL services.
- Experience in freight Forwarding or logistics company.
- Ability to travel regularly to 12 warehouse locations in Bangkok, Navanakorn, Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong, and Prachinburi.
- Have personal car and have a valid driving license
- Conversational high level in English, both of written and spoken (communicate with customers)
- Proficiency in MS office
- Good personality with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse operations management.
- ability to understand Business requirements and customer needs to recommend suitable services.
- ability to estimate Project costs, design storage layouts, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, Decision Problem solving
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with Experience managing a team.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
