ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายปฏิบัติการลานจอด

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan/ Purchase / Maintenance equipment, facilities, and material control to meet requirements.
• Plan and control inventory checks periodically for both vehicles and accessory parts.
• Operation improvement related to vehicle yard handling and vehicle accessory parts installation.
• Analyzing when found abnormal cases / irregular cases and reporting to Manager.
• Support any concerned MP management included. CBU, Accessory operation issues as superior’s assignment.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วางแผน/จัดซื้อ/บำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และควบคุมวัสดุเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
• วางแผนและควบคุมการตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังเป็นระยะสำหรับทั้งยานพาหนะและชิ้นส่วนอุปกรณ์เสริม
• ปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการลานจอดและการติดตั้งชิ้นส่วนอุปกรณ์เสริมของยานพาหนะ
• วิเคราะห์เมื่อพบกรณีที่ผิดปกติ และรายงานต่อผู้จัดการ
• สนับสนุนการจัดการ MP ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึง CBU ปัญหาการดำเนินงานอุปกรณ์เสริมตามการมอบหมายของหัวหน้า


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 33-39 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years working experience as Motorpool-Yard operations, or Automotive logistics operations related to the Automobile industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles as Supervisor-Assistant Manager level.
• Have know-how in Yard management, Logistics & Warehouse/similar fields.
• Good in Excel function and MS Office.
• Advance conversation low-middle level of English.
• Hard work, Endurance, and working under pressure.
• Experience in Motorpool Management or Yard Management will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, project, and risk management skills are preferable.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat: Depends on company calendar 1-2 days/month)

• มีความสามารถในการใช้ Excel และ MS Office เป็นอย่างดี
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• เป็นคนขยัน อดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการลานจอดหรือการจัดการลานจอดจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ โปรเจ็กต์ และการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
