Duties & Responsibilities:
• Output data and layout in CATIA in order to client's requests
• Check the availability of producing
• Improving to be able to produce and efficiency
• Direct negotiations with clients about explanation of modeling
• Cooperate in the company for production
• Other tasks as assigned
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ส่งข้อมูลและเลย์เอาต์ใน CATIA ตามคำขอของลูกค้า
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมในการผลิต
• ปรับปรุงให้สามารถผลิตได้และมีประสิทธิภาพ
• เจรจากับลูกค้าโดยตรงเกี่ยวกับคำอธิบายของการสร้างแบบจำลอง
• ประสานงานในบริษัทเกี่ยวกับการผลิต
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years’ experience of Design Engineer and using CATIA.
• Experience using CATIA in work
• Experience of Direct meeting / negotiation with clients
• Conversational-low level of English (Reading/Writing, simple conversation with Japanese manager)
• Driving license (visit clients)
• Experience of working in plastic / resing in automobile industries is preferable.
• Passion to learn skills and working as a player is preferable.

【業務内容】 We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for support the Regional manufacturing Kaizen, High efficiency production lines operation for factory in AO Regional, The Quality, Productivity, Production knowledge transfer and other. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets target requirements for factory in AO Regional. • Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements • Estimate costs and prepare budgets • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines • Good skills for Observe & Monitor production to resolve issues • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. • Ensure output meets quality standards • Enforce health and safety precautions • Report to upper management. 【組織】 全体：5,000人程度（内、日本人10名程度） 【必須スキル】 • Proven experience as production manager over 10 Years for Electric application. • Deep knowledge of production management such as TPS, MES, SAP system. • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations. • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts. • Experience in reporting on key production metrics. • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software. • Outstanding communication ability and have language for English & Japanese. • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills. • Attention to detail of works. • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach 【歓迎スキル】 ・海外での勤務経験があればベター
