仕事の内容
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage the work of Human Resources, General Affairs. - Solving problems related to labor, trade union, security, suppliers, contractors of the company. - Planning recruitment, training, developing human resources periodically. - Establishing regulations on remuneration and incentives - stimulating workers to work, implementing regimes for laborers. - Supporting the Board of Directors to solve the issues of Organization-Administration-Human Resources. - Develop plans on salaries, bonuses and benefits for employees. - Support other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the board of directors and employees in the Company. - Supervise C&B activities, solve the regime for employees - Managing protection, ensuring security and safety of the factory. - Reporting, reciprocal Audit customers, corporations. - Reciprocal inspections and assessments of agencies and ministries.

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - College Diploma or Bachelor Degree - Gender: Any, Age: from 28 - At least 5 years experience as HR GA position in manufacturing company (Prefer Japanese Company). - Languge: Japanese: N2 and English: Conversational Level - Have experience management, drafting documents, drafting regulations - Enthusiasm and professional.
