仕事の内容
<Job Responsibilities> ・Responsible for managing and supervising the entire work of the Management Department including Human Resources Administration, Finance and Accounting. ・Develop internal rules, regulations and policies related to personnel, administrative and accounting issues... At the same time, implement and apply those Rules and regulations to all employees of the Company. ・Ensure and maintain the infrastructure, machinery and equipment to serve the working needs of the departments in the Company. ・In charge of calculating salary, bonus, welfare regime, personal income tax (if any) for employees in the Company. ・Responsible for recruiting, implementing procedures for signing and terminating labor contracts for employees in the Company. ・Responsible for procedures for insurance, benefits, regimes, policies...in the enterprise. Disseminate the implementation and application of these policies to employees in the Company. ・Observe and manage data on capital and funds of enterprises used for different projects. ・Control the accounting process, revenue and expenditure of the company ・Read and understand financial statements and calculate key financial ratios. ・At the same time, provide comments to help the management make the right decisions. ・Responding to the inspection and examination of state agencies such as tax authorities, audit... ・Other tasks as required by management. ・Manage and maintain company records and documents.
