<Position Objective/Expectation >
- To play a pivotal role in establishing a new food manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all local regulations and company quality standards.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Procedures for applying for food manufacturing licenses when starting up a factory
- Preparing for food hygiene and safety certifications, etc. - Application and acquisition procedures
- Creating and reviewing business documents, translation support, etc.
- Establishing a manufacturing environment and quality assurance system in cooperation with other departments
- Instructing and supervising the quality control department
- Training new staff at new factories
- On-site management to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety management
** After joining the company, This position plans to participate in training in Japan
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30 ~ 45
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: English or Japanese - Business Level (N2 level or higher) (Japanese preferred).
・Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience in obtaining food quality assurance qualifications
- Proven management experience.
- Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
・Skills:
- Proficient in PC skills
- Self-motivated and proactive individual.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in new factory startups.
・In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and food safety standards.
・Live in near factory (Vung Tau area)
