<Job Responsibilities>
1. (Payable) Accounting Senior Staff (6-months Contract)
- Support payment accountants with daily tasks, check documents and make bank transfers.
- Manage daily operation of the Finance - Accounting team (booking, payment, and taxation).
- Monitor debt and pay suppliers on time
- Support to prepare internal reports as requested
- Be in charge of Tax compliance.
- Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
2. Accounting Supervisor
- Exchange with Banks to solve normal issues (check the situation of transactions, check the requirement evidence or method to do).
- Solve all arising issues related to issuing invoices, and import materials such as Preparing invoice cancel/adjust minutes, returned goods, etc..
- Check Payment request documents on Payment monthly, Prepare the Payment plan monthly.
- Take responsibility for Balance confirmation with vendors for audit or follow company accounting policy.
- Register Accounting entries in the SAP system for monthly closing.
- Give people instructions on Payment evidence, and production category, rand envision the mistake in the AP system.
- Cooperate with other departments in AR, AP, and monthly closing.
- Prepare FCT, reports relating to government, and other reports from Accounting Management’s requirements.
- Provide professional instruction and guidance on daily booking for other accountants to ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in correct accounting treatments as per VAS and audit standards.
- Support Accounting Manager in Tax activities and annual audits.
- Others to be assigned by the Accounting Manager to support the team and other departments when necessary.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting, Auditing or Finance

- Age: 28 - 35
- Have from 3 - 8 years of experience working as a Payable Accountant with knowledge of IFRS, VAS, Vietnam tax laws, and legal compliance
- English - Intermediate Level (TOEIC 700 or more)
2. Accounting Supervisor
- Age: 30 - 35
- Have from 8 - 10 years of experience working as an Accountant in manufacturing companies
- Japanese or English - Intermediate Level
