Job Detail
1. Administration
- General office affairs: telephone reception, dealing with incoming calls, faxes and post/delivery.
- Manage paper works, keep track and manage contracts
- Managing office rental contracts and contracts with vendors.
- Planning and running of in-house events
2. HR
- Review legal contract with clients, subcontractor
- Support HR tasks if needed
3. Other tasks as request
- Accountant tasks: use Excel, Word, Misa to follow cash flow, make payment,...
4. Legal and compliance
- Establishing in-house regulations: Formulating in-house rules based on labor laws and health and safety standards.
5. IT and system management
- Management of in-house network and systems: Managing computers and software, and dealing with problems.
6. Safety management
- Occupational safety and health management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 25-30. Gender: Female only
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Language: English Business level
- Experience: 2 years of experience as Admin Staff in any industry
- Efficient in using Excel, Word, Misa
- Good looking, quickly adapt to new environment
- Can work under pressure, can work with team and independent
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in interior architecture and furniture industry
・Have Japanese skills
・Working experience in Japanese companies
