<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD software
- Coordinate with the related parties to advance the design
- Make and check subcontractor’s performance related to the design (from the bidding stage until handover under the management of the team leader)
- Communicate and solve problems directly with site engineers and subcontractors
- Check the construction site during the construction period (rarely)
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University degree with Architect major
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25~35
・Knowledge of Building regulations, construction drawings
・Language: English - Conversational level (TOEIC >600)
・Experience: 4 years experience in Architecture design

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Proficiency in Auto CAD software; skill of Revit is an advantage
・Enthusiasm with Architecture design
・Enthusiasm to improve oneself
・Good communication with other departments
