<Job Responsibilities>
- Support to manage all production activities
- Solve problems arising during production and take corrective & preventive measures.
- Handle abnormal reports on product quality; make plans; improve countermeasures, prevent recurrence of errors
- Strictly control the production plan
- Report to Production Manager for all issues related.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience>-
- Age : 25 - 35
- Gender: Any
- Education's Background: College or University Degree, major in Garment is preferable
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the Production department of garment/ textile factories
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
+ Strong analytical skills – able to use Microsoft word, formulate excel, ppt, etc
+ Highly organized, willing to learn, and responsible, energetic with 'can do' attitude.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Resident near factory or hometown is near the area
- Experience in Japanese apparel companies
