<Job Responsibilities> :
-Search, develop and manage new relationships and businesses.
-Problem-solving skills to manage, structure and solve complex issues.
-Knowledge of investment/ divestment including due diligence, investment, and financial analysis

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree from top-ranked prestigious universities, major in: Finance, Marketing, Economic
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-40 years old
・Language: English Fluent level
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in business investment, M&A, and new business development
- Ability to holistically analyze business domains in an agnostic way and to spot opportunities at growth business domains.
- Experience in new business development (especially working experience in PE funds, and investment banks is preferable).
- Understanding of local business domains and practices.
- Strong network in the M&A and banking industry for sourcing new investment and cooperation
