<Job Responsibilities>
・Set up, guide and perform accounting work, prepare vouchers, books, financial reports, and tax returns in accordance with the law and tax laws of Vietnam.
・Establish accounting information system and accounting reporting system to meet business planning, annual budget formulation, and other business management needs.
・ Establish cost accounting process and provide management with suggestions on inventory management to optimize production costs.
・Manage the company accounting system, books, invoices and vouchers.
・Assist management in cost compilation and analysis, provide complete accounting data for decision making and propose appropriate solutions.
・Prepare and submit financial reports, provide and explain materials and data as required by tax office, auditing agency, bank, etc.
・Implement tax settlement, VAT refund (if necessary) and other tasks.
・Work with management to establish an organizational structure for accounting and finance department based on scientific and efficient standards, and clearly divide up duties for each employee in the department.
・Provide guidance and training to accounting staff in professional knowledge and business skills.
・Supervise, inspect and evaluate the work of accountants.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higherin finance, accounting, bank or related fields.
・Language: English - Business Level (reading technical documents)
・Experience & Skills:
- Have 3-5 years of working experience in Chief Accountant position
- Have a Chief Accountant Certificate
- Practical experience in general accounting, tax accounting, cost accounting, international settlement,...
- Experience in filing personal income tax and foreign business tax (contractor tax) returns for foreigners.
- Able to review Value Added Tax (VAT) refund application documents and prepare proposals.
- Able to understand financial statements and analyze cash flow balances.
- Able to prepare necessary service contracts.
