<Job Responsibilities>
Products: Semiconductors, Materials
Clients in ASEAN, focus on Vietnam/China/Taiwan.
- Do sales activity and market research on the company's product (semiconductor/optical-related products)
- Market marketing (via internet, customer connections) and report.
- Interpret in client meetings.
- Customer service (response to appointments, customer follow-up, building customer communication)
- Building relationships with clients
- Work with government offices.
- Related work of office management.
- Support hiring and training members.
- Sales promotion (preparation of presentations, translation assistance)
- Promote the company's sales (presentation, translation, B2B direct sales).
- Handle technical support for all machinery and equipment owned by the Company.
- Responsible for technical requests related to machinery and equipment, including customer meetings, complaints, installation, customer training, etc.
- Support at the customer's location "in case of machinery and equipment malfunctioning at the request of the customer or the Company
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any, female is preferable
・Age: Early 20s (new graduate preferred)
・Language: English & Chinese at Business Level (will be mainly in charge of Chinese clients)
・Experience: Not required
