<Job duties>
・Quantity Surveyor tasks
・Construction Management, and Budget Management for large-scale construction projects.
・Progress and delivery management　
・Preparation of safety work plans for the entire project by the Vietnam Occupational Health and Safety Law.
・Field engineers supervision
・Training for team leaders and subordinates.

<Working Location>
It depends on the project, Basically near Hanoi but it is possible to take on projects in the South..

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor or above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 35 - 45 years old
・Language: English Business level
・Experience:
- Minimum 10 years experience or more as a construction Engineer
- PM, CM experience 2 or more sites of the factory
- Experience working at a general contractor
- Able to work in Japan　

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese construction companies.
・Japanese skills
