<Job Responsibilities>
- Ensure the design approval process
- Supervise all designs to match the character's perspective
- Be in charge of staff training and instructions
- Proactively presenting design and improvement proposals
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
*Due to licensing reasons, the designs that can be used for characters are fixed, and the design must be decided based on the plan and customer requests.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 28-40
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree
・Language: English Business level
・Experience: Over 3 years of experience in character and design creativity
・Leader or Management Experience
・Skill: Be able to supervise all character designs with the proper understanding of Client / Rights owner / Consumer needs
*IP regulation can be learned later
・Other: People who are interested in characters

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working with customers on design
・Those who are confident in their ability to propose and improve
