<Job responsibility>
1/ Preparation of Tender and Contract Documents to include but not limited to:
- Preparing estimates, contract documents and reports
- Supervision of Tender process inclusive of Bid Analysis of capital work to negotiation, cost control, and final account
- Contract Administration to be inclusive of but not limited to: construction supervision, inspection, measurement of contract works and preparation of payment certificates
- Liaising with consultants on capital projects.
- Preparation of assessment /evaluation reports and attend meetings as they may arise
- Any other duties which may arise in due course of execution of projects
2/ Do plan and drive to develop QS Department
3/ Build and execute internal training to staff

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 33-41
- Gender: Male
- Languages: English - Intermediate level (can communication in English, can read and understand technical documents written in English)
- Education background: University Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience :
+ At least 10 years of working experience in construction field; 5 years of working experience in QS position and 3 years for Deputy QS Manager position (Only refer candidate work in factory and warehouse field)
+ Management and training skill (from 10 staff)

<Others>
- Intermediate skilled in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract term
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Intermediate skilled in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
