<Job Responsibilities>
- Development, operation and maintenance of development projects
- In cooperation with the development engineer on the Japanese side, & will involve in all phases of software development from upstream processes such as requirement definition and basic design to development, testing, and operation.
- In parallel with the development work, you will be asked to manage the progress of management of team members and follow up on development.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 28 - 35
- Gender : Any
- Language: English conversational level
- Experience in Reactjs / HTML / CSS / Nodejs / JavaScript development (from design to code and testing)
- Experience in application development using RDBMS (MySQL, Postgress SQL, etc.)
- Can perform engineer management skills (problem management)
- Has technical skills to train, support and cover other members
- Experience in software development in the development stage (from design to operation) and management (estimation, schedule setting)
- Those who understand the importance of ensuring the schedule and quality of development projects, and who can find and implement appropriate solutions when problems occur.
- Those who have problem-solving ability. Ability to find solutions to technologies and problems

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・ Experience as a bridge engineer between Japan and Vietnam
・ Practical experience in Japan or a Japanese company
・ Experience studying abroad in Japan
・ High communication ability
・ Cloud (AWS) experience
