<Job Summary>
- The duties will be changed depending on the candidates' experience.
- Mainly be in charge of facility design for urban development in Japan (buildings, stations, infrastructure, etc.).

<Job Responsibilities>
・Estimation work for building equipment (air conditioning, plumbing, electrical equipment, etc.)
・Preparation of estimates based on drawings and specifications
・Meetings and coordinate with the Japanese side
・Cost management and budget control



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Degree or above (majoring in Architecture or Facilities)
・Language: Japanese or English conversational
・Experience: More than two years of experience as a Facilities Quantity Surveyor
・Can use AutoCAD
・Required Skills:
- Sense of responsibility for quality.
- Understanding of work processes.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese business level
・Experience working at a cost estimation office
・Revit experience
・Rebro experience
