[HCM] Assistant M&E Manager (M&E Manager) - Construction

Job Detail

<Job Responsibilities>
・Basic design of electrical, HVAC, water supply, and drainage
・Detailed design, coordination, and application follow-up for Japanese-affiliated commercial facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, ・Binh Duong Province, and suburbs.
・M&E construction management (schedule and quality control) at the construction site where the above design work is carried out.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Experience:
- Have working experience as an M&E Engineer in Japanese companies
- Have experience working with Japanese commercial facilities.(example: Shopping Mall)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- CPR (Structural Design, Level II)
- Experience in commercial facility projects

<Preferred personality>
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork
- Client-oriented.
