Job Detail
<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain client database and profile, contact and support all client's requests regarding the covers of insurance contract
- Retain/ increase renewal premium or new premium from renewal business
- Prepare offers, and quotations, and negotiate with insurers to arrange renewal
- Follow-up and manage outstanding premium of assigned accounts
- Proceed with cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets
- Initiate and maintain customer service activities to improve customer trust and loyalty
- Cooperate with relevant Department in risk surveys, risk management activities, and other services for clients
- Develop new businesses on assigned insurance classes/lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels
- Other tasks as required.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Business Administration or Insurance is preferable
- Experiences: At least 2 years of experience as Sales Staff or Business Development Staff in the non-life insurance industry, especially in property, liability, healthcare
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
