[HCM] Electrical Spec-in & Technical Support - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
• Research competitors, market trends, new products, market share, new technology, and detailed customer information.
• Promote MV&LV switchgears, Transformers, Smart Energy solutions to Consultants, Designers, System Integrators and Customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants and design companies to spec in products/ solutions.
• Build and prepare MV & LV technical proposal integrated products as solutions: EMS (Energy Management System), CSS (Compact Secondary Substation), ESS (Energy Storage System)
• Update market intelligence by monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors' offer positioning at the entity level and developing products/ solutions portfolio in Vietnam.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: University/ College Degree in Electrical/ Automation/ Mechanical or related field.
- Languages: English - Business Level (Korean Speaking is a plus)
- Experience: From 2 to 4 years working as switchgear designer/ testing/ pre-sales or related.
- Proactive, ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the power industrial sector is an advantage.
