[HCM] M&E Design Operator - Construction

<Job Summary>
- The duties will be changed depending on candidates' experience.
- Mainly be in charge of facility design for urban development in Japan (buildings, stations, infrastructure, etc.).
The company will use BIM, candidates will be trained to use this if having no experience.
* First, there is a 3-month training period.
* The company also has a virtual office in Can Tho, so those who wish to be based in Can Tho can also apply (3 months of training required in Ho Chi Minh City, rent paid by the company).

<Job Responsibilities>
- Create 3D MEP models from 2D drawings of HVAC and sanitary equipment.
- Create MEP models based on equipment specifications and system diagrams.
- Integrate MEP models with structural and architectural models and adjust clearances.
- Propose and create reports on methods to avoid interference areas.
- Create reports on areas where clearances cannot be met.
- Create MEP models according to established rules.
- Work as a team to advance projects under the guidance of the leader.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College Degree or above (majoring in Architecture or Facilities)
・Language: None
・Experience: More than one year experience in design or construction

・Required Skills:
- Sense of responsibility for quality.
- Understanding of work processes.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in Tfas (3DCAD soft)
・Japanese and English skill
・Knowledge and experience in mechanical equipment, air conditioning equipment, and electrical equipment.
・Revit experience
