<Job Responsibilities>
1. Set up and manage receiving processes and procedures at the distribution center and ensure staff compliance.
2. Set up and manage KPIs for each warehouse department to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Improve and monitor processes.
3. Receive and deploy cycle count/stock check requests or set up annual cycle count/stock check and reconcile with system data (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy.
4. Participate in setting annual budgets and expenses, analyze variances and make necessary corrections to help achieve the financial goals of the organization
5. Detail requirements for recruiting, hiring and training new employees. Also provide guidance and mentoring for staff level-up.
6. Understand the status of the warehouse during both year-round and peak business days, including managing employee schedules.
7. Report and resolve issues that arise in the day-to-day operations.
<Performance Criteria>
1. Leverage your warehouse management experience to lead and manage a successful team efficiently and cost-effectively.
2. Use an inventory management system to ensure accuracy of stock levels, minimize losses, and optimize inventory.
3. Create a safe work environment by implementing safety protocols and managing hazardous materials.
4. Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
5. Develop effective policies, procedures, and workflow processes for warehouse operations.
6. Monitor staff performance, provide coaching/feedback, and motivate employees to achieve desired goals.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: At least graduated from High School
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the Warehouse/ Fulfillment Center/ Distribution Center including at least 1 year in management role.
- Experience with inventory control and management
- Knowledge and experience in setting up procedures/ processes, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices.
・Knowledge:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Understanding processes, standards, and practices in the transportation market, using Transportation management systems (TMS)
・Personality Requirement:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team
・Skills:
- Good at data processing, Excellent in Excel
- Careful, hard-working & willing to learn
- Teamwork and task assignment skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in retail business or FMCG is preferred
