<Hiring background>
- Company is currently owning a core finance system to support business activities. We are now looking for IT project management assistant manager who will help us on managing IT projects to create new or upgrade our app/services integrated to our core finance system.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage all states of software development project life cycle
- Assist stakeholders to define requirements and give recommendations on IT perspectives
- Assist IT department head to decide project scope/functionalities, estimation, and planning
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur
- Effectively communicate and report on project status with senior management and key stakeholders. Escalate as needed
- Ensure development process adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure all project documents and properly managed, updated and stored
- Periodically review and improve software development process
- Other activities assigned by IT department head



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male
- Age: 30 - 40
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science
- Language: English Business Level
- Good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely
- Minimum 5+ years working experience in IT industry. At least 1 year as project manager
- Excellent understanding of Software Development lifecycle
- Basic experience in programming languages
- Basic knowledge on database such as database schema and simple SQL query
- Basic understanding about Operating system Windows, Linux and Networking

<Perfer>
- Experienced in finance/banking fields is a plus
